As a field hockey trainer, I have done many exercises to improve teamwork and communication. At the same time, I was looking for a connecting factor to connect all these assignments and solutions, and now I have succeeded with the Let’s go TEAM game. This connection makes the exercises more effective than usual.

If successful, we prevent bullying and information loss and find more fun and self-confidence between and with colleagues. In short, we avoid ineffective behavior and underperformance as a team.

How the game works:
Everyone participates equally and sees their efforts reflected as equal input. This will improve communication within the team and increase the willingness to invest in closer cooperation. Nobody is more equal than anybody else.
