As a field hockey trainer, I have done many exercises to improve teamwork and communication. At the same time, I was looking for a connecting factor to connect all these assignments and solutions, and now I have succeeded with the Let’s go TEAM game. This connection makes the exercises more effective than usual.

The game is important to me because I want people, colleagues, and team members to learn to cooperate with respect for each other and better understand their communication. If successful, we prevent bullying and information loss and find more fun and self-confidence between and with colleagues. In short, we avoid ineffective behavior and underperformance as a team.

How the game works:
Everyone participates equally and sees their efforts reflected as equal input. This will improve communication within the team and increase the willingness to invest in closer cooperation. Nobody is more equal than anybody else.

Therefore, creating a situation where team members feel safe and dare to contribute to the team process has always been a point of interest. The bottom building block is safety and structure, and through this game, this is given concrete expression.
